Your Questions, Answered

  • About 3–4 hours total. You provide source recordings at kickoff, one subject-matter expert to verify accuracy, and attend a kickoff and handoff call. I handle everything else.

  • The system is built on a software that is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never used to train AI models. Each client's system is completely separate.

  • Those tools give you a blank workspace and expect you to build and maintain everything yourself. This is done with you: I handle the setup, structuring, and AI configuration. Your team verifies the content.

  • We can work from documents, process notes, or existing transcripts. If you need to capture new recordings, I can facilitate structured sessions to generate the source material.

  • The founding rate is $3,500 for the implementation. A standard rate of $6,000 is available with no case study obligations. All clients pay $200/month after the engagement for hosting and ongoing maintenance — regardless of which rate they choose.

  • You get a working system your team owns. The $200/month retainer covers hosting and minor updates. Expanding to new departments or building additional tools is scoped separately.
